1. Introduction

Welcome to Ball Master. This Privacy Policy explains how Coal Ball Cat Studio ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play our game on a mobile device.

It applies to the game only. It does not cover Google Play or the advertising services reached from inside the game, which are governed by their own privacy policies as linked in section 4.

By downloading or playing Ball Master, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. None is required to play. Ball Master has no sign-up, no login, and no player profile. If you contact us for support, we receive whatever you include in your message, typically your email address and a description of the problem.

Information collected automatically. To show ads and process purchases, the game includes software from Google. Through these services the following may be collected:

Device identifiers, such as the resettable Android Advertising ID
Device and technical data, such as device model, operating system version, language settings, country, and network type
Approximate location, meaning a coarse country- or city-level estimate derived from your IP address. The game does not request or use GPS.
Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown, whether they were tapped or completed, and basic fraud-prevention signals
Diagnostic data, such as crash and performance information used to keep the game working

Game progress. Levels, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them.

3. How We Use the Information

Operate and enhance game functionality
Show relevant ads and measure whether they were seen or completed
Deliver and restore the items you purchase
Detect invalid clicks, fraudulent purchases, and abuse
Track performance and fix bugs
Meet legal, tax, and store policy obligations

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone input, or files on your device. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may collect and use data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob – for advertising (advertising partners)
Google Play Services and Google Play Billing – for distribution and payments

These services may use anonymized or device-level data for functionality, analytics, and ad personalization.

5. In-App Purchases

Ball Master offers in-app purchases. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. We receive only a purchase token and receipt, which we use to unlock the content you bought and to verify the transaction.

6. Children's Privacy

Ball Master is designed for general audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, where legally required. If we become aware of any such data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Your Advertising Choices

On Android you can limit ad tracking at any time. Open Settings, then Privacy, then Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer), and choose Delete advertising ID, or turn off ads personalization. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the game shows a consent form the first time you play, asking whether our advertising partners may use your data for personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the Privacy option in the game settings menu.

8. Data Retention and Security

We do not publicly share or distribute any user data. Any data collected is stored securely and used only internally for the purpose of operating the game. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide game services or as required by our third-party providers.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our service providers operate globally, so information may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country.

Depending on your country, you may have the right to:
