Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing Ball Master (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

These Terms form an agreement between you and Coal Ball Cat Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Ball Master on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any part of it to you.

3. Rules of Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game or any of its files.
• Use cheats, automation tools, modified clients, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain virtual items without paying for them.
• Interfere with advertising, purchase verification, or any other technical measure in the Game.
• Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or make the Game available to others.

We may take action, including blocking access to features or terminating your license, if you break these rules.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The Game offers virtual items and in-app purchases. Virtual items are a limited license to use digital content within the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or any real-world goods, and cannot be transferred outside the Game.

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, and by any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Except where refunds are required by that policy or by law, purchases are final and non-transferable.

We may add, change, or remove virtual items, prices, and features at any time. If the Game is discontinued, virtual items may become unavailable, and we are not obliged to provide compensation except where required by law.

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

Ball Master displays advertising through Google AdMob and is distributed through Google Play. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for products or services advertised in the Game.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, audio, and name, is owned by Coal Ball Cat Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

You may capture and share screenshots and video of your own gameplay, including on monetized channels, provided you do not present the material as an official Coal Ball Cat Studio product.

7. Game Progress and Data Loss

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, resetting your device, or switching to a new device may permanently delete your progress and any virtual items associated with it. We are not able to recover local progress and are not liable for its loss.

8. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, and some updates may be required in order to keep playing. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you breach these Terms, or for unexpected technical, legal, or business reasons. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items arising from your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new date at the top. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
